Commercial Inspection Services

Our qualified field representatives can visit your supplier’s location and perform thorough, comprehensive and objective product inspections - to your specific requirements. This gives you the opportunity to correct a nonconforming shipment and added confidence that the product will meet your requirements when it arrives.

• First Article Inspection - First piece samples are randomly selected during the initial stages of production. This verifies that your product requirements are being met early on.
• During Production Inspection - Inspections conducted during the manufacturing process help ensure product compliance.
• Final Pre-shipment Inspection - Products can be inspected to meet all customer requirements by using an acceptable quality level sampling plan, prior to shipment.

UL can also assist you in the development and implementation of a vendor evaluation program tailored to your specific needs.
