UL de México (UL) is a subsidiary of Underwriters Laboratories, Inc., an organization with more than a century of experience in product safety evaluation, which is an independent, not-for-profit organization dedicated to performing activities related to compliance evaluation, among which are product certifications based on Mexican Official Standards (NOM) and Mexican Standards (NMX).
