NOTES:
1) For Scheme V, test reports are only valid with "Dictamen de laboratorio para certificación NOM simplificada para franja y región fronteriza" ("Laboratory Test Report for Simplified NOM Certificate for Fringe and Border Regions") header.
2) For test result reports arising from a Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA), original copy of test results report with a validation letter issued by an accredited and approved laboratory on their letterhead stationary, according to current legislations, or a validated test results report (issued by an accredited and approved laboratory regarding the original test results report.)
3) Please check if selected laboratory is accredited for all required samples, according to the applicable product standard. In case of using two or more subcontracted and/or validated laboratories, tests must always apply to the same sample, unless reference standards indicate or allow otherwise.
4) UL de México never recommends laboratories where tests can be performed. Interested parties must select their preferred laboratory to perform the corresponding tests. Additionally, it is your responsibility to handle samples properly, follow up, and respond to laboratory-related notifications, as well as paying for service-related expenses.
5) UL de México may select a laboratory where testing is developed and applied if the case refers to a complaint, lawsuit, or third-party surveillance.
